The idea and the implementation of more sustainability has become an integral part of our lives. Our goal is also to constantly question the processes with regard to this topic in our daily workflow.
That’s why we are happy to found a partner for the daily shipping of our parcels who already enables 100% climate-neutral shipping.
With GLS KlimaProtect, the parcel service has set up a system that consists of two pillars. The first pillar is the compensation of all CO2 emissions caused by efficient reforestation projects around the globe. The second pillar is the reduction of emissions, such as the switch to 100% green electricity, the expansion of emission-free technologies and the general reduction of the CO2 footprint. GLS Germany thus saves 160,000 tonnes of CO2 per year.
